MISSION
Eventos Sin Fronteras Spanish-English Newspaper is a monthly publication dedicated to serving Minnesota 's Latino Community.
Our mission is to provide a reliable source from which our readers can receive useful and valuable information - information that can serve to guide our readers in their quests for assistance from community outreach organizations.
We focus on matters of employment, healthcare, education, immigration, and family. We strive to deliver current and accurate information as to available outreach services.
Our editorial content features free, or nominally-priced services available to minorities from non-profit community outreach organizations included in the Chicano Latino Affairs Council (CLAC) Latino Directory. (See: www.clac.state.mn.us. Click on Publications, then click on Latino Directory).
CALL FOR PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS (PSAS)
Please email your PSAS to lttahoe3@yahoo.com, on or before the first Thursday of each month. Pending space availability, we will publish your PSA, free-of-charge, and pass your information on to our readers. We publish upcoming events 2 to 3 months out in our Community Calendar, so if we receive your information early, it's likely your PSA will post in the newspaper two or three times before the event.
FREE ADS FOR MINNESOTA NON-PROFITS
If you are a Minnesota-based non-profit community outreach organization, and you are providing free, or nominally-priced services for the Latino Community, we will publish three business card size ads per year for your organization. There is no charge for this, and you select the months in which you wish your ad to appear. You must provide ready-to-print art; otherwise, there will be a one-time $84 charge For translation and graphic design services.

Eventos is distributed in bulk quantities, for sub-distribution and circulation to:
a) Admissions, Latino Affairs, Marketing, Multi-Cultural Diversity, New Student Recruitment, Spanish Language/ESL, and Student Union Departments at all college, tech school, and university campuses:

Minnesota Private Colleges (17)
University of Minnesota;
b) 200+ Minnesota-based, non-profit, community outreach organizations that provide free, or nominally-priced services to the Latino Community;
c) Sixty-eight (68) churches that conduct services in Spanish;
d) All University of Minnesota County Extension Offices (87); and,
e) All public and school libraries.

Eventos is made available to the public by rack distribution in business locations:
a) Latino-owned/operated businesses;
b) 140 Super America outlets & other Convenience stores;
c) Grocery stores;
d) Laundromats;
e) Chambers of Commerce;
f) Economic Development Agencies;
g) Financial institutions;
h) Healthcare facilities; and,
i) Latino employer giants' employee entrances.
All locations are provided with toll free contact information to order more copies as needed.
